A stylish 1930s design is given an update for this Charleston Grapes wallpaper from Laura Ashley.
While the sales blurb describes the 'contemporary' feel of the design, we've noticed it's an update of Duncan Grant's 1932 Grapes. It's a design with great bohemian heritage: apparently Leonard and Virginia Woolf had this pattern on their curtains and sofa. Transferred to matt wallpaper and given a new colour scheme, there's no denying this design looks every bit as fresh today.
The paper is currently reduced to £18 a roll.
