Now this is something of a conundrum. We featured the Joe Colombo-designed Kartell KD28 table lamp some time back, a design dating to 19654 and a minor space age classic. We don't think this is one, but this 1970s Joe Colombo-style space age table lamp is incredibly similar.
So similar, that we've had to look two or three times at it to make sure. But this one looks taller and thinner, although the features look much the same – the ball shade sat on the supporting frame, even the hole in the top of the shade. But the seller isn't accrediting it, so we'll have to presume it's a lookalike.
The lamp is described as being in 'good condition' and 'full working order', with some age related marks and scratches, the most significant of which is pictured on the listing.
Price is certainly on its side though, just £1.20 right now.
