Double Merrick have been inspired by the imagery of travel posters before but have never referenced it quite as explicitly as in this design. It's actually inspired by a very specific travel poster – one spotted in the travel agent's window in the opening credits to the Hitchcock classic, To Catch a Thief. This design offers a wintery take on that classic 1950s style, to create an image that looks every bit as enticing in 2013.
