With the price of Merrow Associates prices going though the roof, it's worth remembering that it wasn't the only company making that kind of furniture during the '60s and 1970s. This 1970s Howard Miller rosewood and chrome coffee table is proof of that.
At a glance, it could be a Merrow piece, but it is actually a design from a rival firm. Still a very good quality coffee table though, as good as Merrow Associates,. Just lacking that name.
Because of that, it is much, much cheaper. Amazingly, this table, which is in 'very good vintage' condition, is just £1.20 right now with no reserve. Unbelievable.
