It looks like a '50s design, but this midcentury-style Shift Double Stool by Margaux Keller is actually a modern piece.
It's quite a clever design too. Your average stool is made very much for one person, but this is aimed at two, thanks to that 'shift' of seat, allowing room for two behinds. It's also got those lovely tapered and angled legs, which add a bit of style to the mix.
Made in France out of ash, it is currently discounted for a limited time at Monoqi, selling for 264 Euros.
