It's the kind of thing you would expect to find on the wall of a European office in the '50s or 1960s. Perhaps even in a home. But we're certainly talking that era in both the style and the style of those numbers.
As for construction, it is made of stainless steel, with a glass front, powered by a single AA battery. Best of all is the price.
