Bright

We're seeing a lot of reissued TFL posters for the 150 anniversary of the tube but we couldn't let this one pass by without a mention.

The Brightest London poster was designed in 1924 by Manchester Guardian cartoonist Horace Taylor to encapsulate the glamourous fashionable sorts that were using the underground at the time. The bright colours and almost avant garde style used in Taylor's advert beautifully typifies commercial design during the 20s, particularly for London Undeground. Perfect for Londoners and design fans alike.
