Whether you use it for plants or for your bits and pieces, this 1950s four-platform plant stand should still add a certain something to your midcentury-inspired room.
Said to be from the 1950s (or early '60s), the stand consists of four platforms arranged vertically, with the platform surfaces finished with formica and surrounded by gold-coloured metallic rims. The largest platform at the base has a marble pattern, while the supporting feet are angled.
It is described as 'structurally sound' and in 'good vintage condition', with some age-related wear, like the metal screw heads having darkened with patina. There are also some light scratches and scuff marks. However, there is 'nothing to detract from the overall appeal of the piece'.
Fancy it? The price right now is 99 pence.
