When these go up for sale, they tend to command high 'Buy It Now' prices. Thankfully. this 1960s Robert Welch-designed Lumitron table lamp starts low.
That could be down to condition. This 1960s gem is said to be in 'reasonable condition for its age' rather than being perfect, although it is in fully working order.
The problems? There is an old repair with 'one of the plastic lugs' which holds the shade having been re-glued in. Also, at some point in its life it has had a bulb which has been too strong and has 'part melted a couple of spots inside the shade'. All is in the photos, so check those out before bidding.
Even allowing for that, it still looks a great buy right now at £24.99 – a fraction of the usual asking price.
