It's really quite ridiculous but it's hard to resist the appeal of this tape recorder iPhone speaker, available from Urban Outfitters.
The speaker is fashioned like a 1980s tape recorder, complete with chunky push down buttons and shiny plastic finish. You fit your iPhone (4/4s or 5) inside the tape deck to use the speaker and use the buttons to control the music. For the final authentic retro touch, it's also battery powered.
