We heard it was being reissued, but now it looks like Dieter Rams-designed Braun BNE001 ET66 calculator is back on the shelves.
This is a late '80s design (1987), the work of influential designer Dieter Rams in association with Dietrich Lubs and said to be the inspiration behind the original iPhone calculator app. It's also a great example of Ram's less is more philosophy of design, as well as a useful thing in its own right.
The calculator measures 8.2 x 1.6 x 13.9cm and includes a protective slide cover and battery. £30 os the price.
