It looks incredibly like the iconic 1930s Kit-Kat Clock, one of the first items we ever wrote about back in 2006. We're not sure if the inspiration is intentional, but it certainly looks that way.
As for the bag itself, that is handcrafted in Amsterdam and a mix of black and white leather with snap button 'nose'. There is also a brass metal secure zip and button, plus shoulder strap.
