I'm not sure how many readers of Retro To Go will need in this, but this new book by Dominic Lutyens is devoted to Living With Mid-Century Collectibles.
The book is part guide and part inspiration, including advice on what to collect – from the likes of Eames and Aalto classics – to how to collect it. For newer collectors, it sounds like this book contains plenty of sound advice. For more experienced enthusiasts, there's an appealing section looking at locations around the world which make the most of mid-century style. With 350 illustrations through the book, there should certainly be some sources of inspiration, no matter how much you already know.
