The Bocksey AV Unit from Habitat brings a little bling to the usual midcentury sideboard style.
The unit combines warm rich walnut with a gold fronted cabinet section. The Bocksey range of units are made up of individual boxes that can be rearranged and combined in different ways. The unit shown here is made up of a large gold-fronted box and a smaller walnut slated box, and presumably you can decide which side each goes on. There is also another design where the walnut box is the larger part. Unlike vintage sideboards, these units have been specifically designed for your home entertainment systems so there is space wiring. The unit shown here costs £620.
