Wasn't sure whether to drop this on Switched On Art or here, In the end, the sheer weight of one decade pushed the Run DMC x Keith Haring x Adidas Superstar 80s trainers onto these pages.
Also known as Christmas in Hollis (after the Run DMC tune), this 1980s-themed collaboration brings together two giants of that decade with a shoe born within it. Detailing includes Keith Haring artwork on the tongue label, plus a laser-etched logo in the midsole and branded insole from Run DMC. The only colourway is black and white, with a touch of red for the detailing.
A special edition that's landing at the Adidas Store on 21st December – price still to be confirmed.
