That's essentially the selling point here, a stylish vintage light that's currently cheaper than a cheap fitting from your local DIY store. In this case a 1960s (possibly early '70s) light with the main shade made of sheet metal lacquered white plus two smaller circular inner shades also lacquered white, fixed to each other by three metal rods and spaced out to create the light effect.
The light is said to be in excellent condition and in full working order, with 'very few age related faint marks' on the lacquer work. However these 'do not interfere in any way' with the overall look.
