We can't resist a nice sideboard and this 1970s teak sideboard by Richard Hornby is a really nice example.
It's probably around 40 or more years old, but still looks like the kind of thing that was fit effortlessly into a modern living space, especially one with a retro theme. That's probably down to the minimalist looks. It's less about the design, more about the detail.
That includes cut our handles, reeded drawer fonts, a removable tray to one cupboard and dovetail joints for the drawers. Bags of storage space too, as you can tell from the 'open' shot. The wood has a rather smart finish to it as well.
Downside? Well, it's down as being in 'very good condition', but there is some light patina to wood. Close up shots of any blemishes are on the main listing.
If you want it, the price is £595 on a 'Buy It Now'. Not the cheapest thing, but perhaps you want to compare it price wise with something newly-built and of similar quality. When you do that, you might realise it's not badly priced at all.
