This caught my eye because I'm sure I have one in storage! If you don't, this rather nice Philips 180 record player is up for very little cash right now.
Produced in the 1970s, the player has been serviced and is in 'superb restored condition' according to the seller, with a sound and output described as 'excellent' as well s 'very crisp and clear'.
It has rotary controls (volume and tone) and the option to play at 33 or 45rpm. The speaker is built into the lid, which fixes to the player when not in use for something small and portable.
If all of that appeals, the price right now is just 99p.
