If you recall the Mod Collection in Chocolate we featured some time back, you are probably aware of Milk Dark White, which was responsible for those amazing designs. Well, they're back with handmade pop art Easter eggs.
Not cheap, but these aren't the mass produced eggs. The 50 Years of Mod eggs (their official name) are handmade limited editions, made from the very finest Belgian white chocolate and with designs inspired by the work of Roy Lichtenstein.
The pop art style designs are said to be 'painstakingly hand inlaid' into the fabric of the egg itself rather than simply being painted on. Each design takes around three hours of highly skilled work to complete. That's where the time and money is.
Each gift wrapped egg stands around 20cm tall with a width of around 12cm at the widest point. If you want to treat your pop art-loving partner to one, each costs £30.
