When it comes to mobile phones (or cellphones if you prefer), something about three years old probably counts as retro. So a phone as old as 2000 is pretty much vintage! But that's how old this Nokia 3310 mobile phone by Lekki actually is.
Although you really wouldn't know it. The phones have been disassembled for cleaning and testing, with the case hand sprayed with a shiny new base coat. Finally, the 3310 is given a scratch resistant coating and is sent back to the production area, put back together, given a trendy new box, along with a new battery and charger.
After all that, you get a phone that's old, but at the same time, looking very new – ideal if calling and texts are your main needs (plusa game of Snake II amongst other things). Now the bad news. the first batch of these flew out, so you have to put your name down for the second edition in a range of colours. Do that at the website, which has them for €80.
