Yes, you can ride around like a 1960s hipster (or one of the Banana Splits) in this 1.3 APAL buggy, which dates to 1967 and as such, is tax exempt. it also comes with a sand rail roll bar, alloy wheels, 'good tyres' and a cannon exhaust.
The seller describes it as a 'head turner' (which you can imagine it is), with the current price at £670. Not sure what it would be like as a daily runaround, but if you are near a beach, we can imagine this being allsorts of fun.
