Not seen often, this is a Dansette Stereophonic A35 record player – and from the image above, you can see why it has that name.
Described as a 'top of the range' player, this is a stereo Dansette in its original duck egg colour scheme, fully restored and serviced to bring it back to its best. Just hook up the matching unit for stereo sound from the BSR auto-changing turntable.
It dates from 1964 (it still has the internal date stamp), but has been stripped and/or cleaned inside and out, with the original three-valve amplifier serviced, a new mains cable fitted, along with a 'new old stock' stereo cartridge.
It isn't new, but it's perhaps the next best thing, not least because of the added character. £25 is the price right now, should you want to put in a bid.
