You don't often see 'proper' auctions for these things on eBay, but thankfully the seller of this fully restored 1960s Dansette Tempo record player is doing just that.
It is described as a 'beautifully and professionally re-furbished' player, brought back to 'as new' condition, as well as mechanical overhaul and clean, with any failing components replaced during the process. That means it is really just 'plug and play' when you get it, offering three record sizes and four speeds on that Garrard deck and a valve amplifier for the authentic sound.
As for the finished look, that has been achieved by replacing the rexine with something new (but authentic), with some catches also replaced, both other detailing left with minor wear for authenticity.
As we said, a proper auction for a change, with the current price at £21.
