We featured this a while back and mentioned that it should be arriving fairly soon. Well, that has turned out to be the case, with the UO X Crosley Sterling record player now available to buy in the UK.
As we mentioned before. this is a collaboration piece between Urban Outfitters and record player manufac turer Crosley, styled very much like a classic Dansette record player of the 1960s, right down to the supporting legs, pld school frontage and the colour scheme.
In more specific terms, the player is housed in a faux leather-clad casing, with a handle for carrying around (those legs are removable), There is also a headphone jack, RCA out and full-range dynamic speakers.
If you fancy one, it has just gone in sale as an online exclusive at the Urban Outfitters site in the UK. The price is £250. Of course, you can buy original Dansette players on the eBay site if you prefer something vintage.
