A luxurious take on modernism: that's the Ghats chair from Graham & Green.
The chair is apparently inspired by the modernist designs of Marcel Breuer and seems to be modelled on this 1930s Thonet armchair. Aside from the cantilevered frame of the chair and the wooden arms, it's perhaps a little less austere than most modernist designs, thanks to its luxurious looking blue-grey velvet finish.
Another bonus is that despite its appearance, it is significantly cheaper than an original design – although 'cheap' is definitely comparative here.
