I know we featured something similar not long ago, but we are flagging up this 1970 Fiat 500 because it is one of the very few we've seen that's actually a UK right-hand drive model.
That's right, no import here. This one was made for the UK market and has had just two owners from new, with just 54,332 miles on the clock. Originality is definitely the selling point here, with the original engine and gearbox still present.
the car was dry stored in a private collection for 16 years before being reconditioned in 2008, but has only covered around 150 miles since that return to action. More recently it has had a full service and is said to drive well. Issues? Well, it is an old car, so not a 'show' car and could benefit from a new paint job. The odd dent too – see the listing details ands images for more on that. Obviously the interior might need a makeover as well.
But overall, a real find we would say. A proper auction too for a change, with the car currently at £2,025.
