No doubt because of its clean and simple design, this Danish midcentury sofa bed looks like it could have been made yesterday.
Of course it wasn't. It was produced in Denmark in the 1950s, with a teak frame, spring seat and grey chenille mixed weave upholstery, the latter being a more recent addition.
According to the seller, it is designed to be used against a wall, hence the backrest not supported and easy to lift off if you want to use as a bed / day bed. Nice thing though and on a 'Buy it Now' for £795. You can also make a cheaper offer.
