For a cool piece of decorative lighting, it's hard to beat the impact of a lightbox. Seletti obviously understand the appeal and have just released these home-worthy Lighthink lightbox lamps.
There are three different sizes of wooden box to pick from, but then the choice gets a whole load wider. Each of the boxes come with four plexiglass panels: three that have been decorated for you and one for you to customise yourself. The designs are of variable cool, ranging from the Robert Indiana-influenced LOVE shown below, to other of such relentless cheer they may be a little too much for everyone's taste (and that's probably where the appeal of being able to customise your own version comes in!). LED lights provide that all important illumination.
The lamps have got great standalone appeal, but they look even cooler when grouped together as shown above.
That might be slightly budget dependent, however. Prices start at £62.30.
