Although the desk has a classic midcentury-inspired shape, and plenty of storage, the charm of this particular design is down to its unusual looks. It's a new addition to the 'Old Boys Club' collection, which also includes the Herbert cabinet. That means the Albert desk is accessorised with painted doors and cubbie holes, completed with mismatched handles, creating an upcycled, vintage feel.
Like the rest of the range, it's made from mango wood and is an exclusive design for Oliver Bonas.
