Stuck for room? The Viola chair and bench, available from Darlings of Chelsea, are designed for small spaces.
These designs, as the saying goes, are small but perfectly formed. They're low in height and, as the chair has a depth of only 54cm, it should be able to squeeze into the tiniest space. There's a lovely retro fan shape to the back of both pieces, with a contrast back and buttons to add detail.
Each is handmade in in UK factory using European beech for those retro legs and the frame. They're also available in a wide range of colours and finishes – 100% cotton upholstery is included in the price or you can get velvets or wools for a bit extra.
