You don’t see many of these for sale, especially not in the condition of this 1950s Renault Dauphine.
It dates from 1956 and still looks wonderful today. That’s perhaps because of a restoration job. Not a recent one, so there are a few things to address. But The 845cc engine and three-speed gearbox are said to be just fine. In the fact the whole car is ready to go mechanically. The only issues seem to be the boss blemish on the paintwork and the chrome on the wheel hubs.
However, according to the seller, that is ‘being picky’, with the car overall described as ‘lovely’.
A great car for the summer you would think, with this one currently on eBay at £1,000.
