I’m not sure how practical they are to wear, but you have to appreciate the work and skill that has gone into these handmade subculture earrings by Louie Louie.
Take your pick from three designs, the Northern Soul Allnighter above, as well as the Brighton Pier and Oxblood Boot below. All designed for pierced ears and made from a mix of resin and enamel, with a silver pin and gemstones finishing things off where appropriate.
They are described as ‘lightweight and comfortable to wear’, although we don’t speak from experience (not having pierced ears ourselves). If you want a pair, they are all limited editions and sell for £27.50 each.
