Moleskine seems to be on a roll right now, Last week we spotted the Audiocassette notebooks, which really appealed. This week there’s an equally cool new arrival – the launch of the Blue Note jazz limited edition notebooks.
The notebooks in the Blue Note range are limited editions to celebrate 75 years of the label and will include iconic sleeve art from releases by Dexter Gordon, Art Blakey, Thelonious Monk, Freddie Hubbard and Kenny Burrell.
First on the shelves is the Dexter Gordon Go album from 1962, which is sold in a themed hard cover and has an elastic closure, chlorine-free Moleskine ivory-coloured paper inside, an expandable inner pocket, a ribbon bookmark and some themed inserts.
A collector’s piece or somewhere to note down some ideas. Either way it sells online for £30.50 and is exclusively available there. The remaining four designs are scheduled to hit the shelves from 3rd September onwards.
