A corduroy shoe is one thing, but the fact that it is still made on vintage machines really sells the Novesta Star Master corduroy plimsolls to us.
The shoe is actually from Slovakia and according to the retailer, these plimsols are still made using equipment dating from 1939. That says a lot about the machinery, but also a lot about this timeless design.
The cotton cord upper is the selling point here, matche up with a vulcanised natural rubber sole and chrome eyelets. Some nive colours too, all of which are available for £45.
