If you want this kind of design in your home, then the 1960s National SE-15 radiogram is well worth checking out.
It dates from 1964 and is described as ‘full working, serviced and tested’ by the seller, as well as ‘fully cleaned and polished’. As for functionality, it has a three-band radio, two-speed record player and built-in speakers, as well as some nice detailing, including a polished wood veneer cabinet, prospect speaker grilles and facia, chromed knobs and sputnik-style screw-in legs.
On the downside, there is some ‘very minor’ age-related Wear to the cabinet exterior, with one piece of trim missing from the top left edge. The area has been ‘re-dyed’ so it is ‘unobtrusive’.
If you can live with that, this is a good looking thing and if you love your vinyl, a useful one too. The ‘Buy it Now’ price is £289.95.
