Kay Bojesen's wooden Monkey is an instantly recognisable piece of mid-century design. It gets to hang around in a different way with this Monkey children woollen throw.
The classic monkey first came to life in 1951. It's since appeared on everything from T-shirts to prints. This is, however, I think its first official appearance on a throw. The illustration is woven with jacquard techniques, making it fully reversible, and perfect for an extremely stylish kid's room. Perhaps more importantly, it's made from lambswool that promises to be soft, warming and non-itchy.
Like the monkey itself, it's priced as a premium product. The throw will set you back $203.
