It may not look like much immediately, but look closely and you'll see that this pattern reflects the facades of some of Britain's most famous Brutalist buildings. They've been used to decorate this rather stylish Concrete Compliments card set from We Live Here.
The set includes 9 cards and three different designs. If you can't quite work it out by looking at the cards themselves, the buildings shown are of Erno Goldfinger's Trellick Tower Alison and Robert Smithson's Robin Hood Gardens, both in London, with Sheffield's Park Hill estate completing the trio.
As abstract patterns, the facades work beautifully – something we've also seen recently in Daniel Clarke's work for Forest - and are something we'd certainly love to receive in the post.
