If the one you see in the Apple Store isn’t quote you, then you can always opt for either the iPhone 6s Retro and iPhone 6s Plus Retro, which are both new limited editions from ColorWare.
But a word of warning, neither comes cheap.
ColorWare is an aftermarket customiser of technology, with Apple kit being some of its highest profile product. With that in mind – and presumably because a lot of people love a bit of retro – they have done a makeover of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus that looks straight out of the 1980s.
The phone takes the iconic Apple IIe computer as its inspiration, complete with the vintage Apple logo and faux vents. But don’t worry, that doesn’t carry through inside, where you will find an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus in SIM-free form, doing exactly what the standard version does.
Exclusivity is guaranteed, as both models are limited to just 25, each one individually numbered. The price of that exclusivity starts at $1599, which works out at £1,062.
