I think we might have featured one of these sometime in the past. But as they come up infrequently, we think it is well worth flagging up this Weltron 2005 space age stereo system too.
Dating (we think) from the 1970s, this is an original player made up of a radio receiver, a turntable, an 8-track cartridge player, a pair of external speakers and the tulip stand. If you are kitting out a house inspired by the era, this might be worth digging deep for.
As for the audio, most things seem to be working, although the 8-track might need servicing to boost the sound and the track indicator on that player also needs attention.
With condition, that’s described as ‘good and clean’, with some slight damage (see the listing for a breakdown) but the plastic is said to have ‘let very well’, which isn’t always the case.
The listing has more photos and more details of the condition. It also has the price, which is £799 on a ‘Buy It Now’ – or you can make a cheaper offer.
