If looks alone sell a camera, then the Olympus PEN-F camera will be heading straight to the bestseller list.

Of course, the look is only part of the story, but if you want a camera than screams a bygone era (specifically the 1960s), then the Olympus PEN-F is definitely one to take a closer look at.

As for the inner workings, well that’s very much 2016, with a price to match. In summary, this particular model has a new 20-megapixel Live MOS sensor, a TruePic VII processor, built-in 5-axis image stabilisation, an option to take 50-megapixel photos a 3-inch touchscreen, a high-res OLED electronic viewfinder, Wi-Fi connectivity and the ability to shoot video in 1080p. You can also shoot time lapse videos in 4K if you have the kit to watch them too.

So plenty going on under the bonnet and a great vintage look. If you want one in your hand you will have to wait until early March. When that date comes round, you will also need £999 for the body, plus extra for a lens.
