This is something special, not least because this 1956 Volkswagen Beetle has been in the same family since the day it was bought.
Until now that is. According to the seller, this was left-hand drive modern was picked up last year in Finland and apparently passed an MOT last year with no advisories.
It has 52,000 km on the clock (which isn’t guaranteed), it starts and drives ‘very well’ and has an interior that is ‘very lovely’ and ‘fully original’. Not everything is original though – the tyres and battery are recent, as you would hope.
The seller claims this is ‘the most original old beetle we have ever seen or offered’ and although it does have some age-related imperfections on the paintwork, it certainly looks like a rare gem of a car.
