From the people who brought us the Brutalist London map last year comes the Art Deco London Map by Blue Crow Media.
This one has been produced in conjunction with theTwentieth Century Society and photographer Simon Phipps, the end result being a map featuring 70 leading examples of Art Deco architecture, including the likes of Eltham Palace, Broadcasting House and 55 Broadway though to Charles Holden’s finest Underground stations (and everything in-between).
The map shows the location, year built, the architect / practice responsible and the listing status, as well as imagery of the building, courtesy of Simon Phipps.
The finished product is two-sided, with a map on one side and text and photos on the reverse, opening out to 420mm x 600mm. it is available from today directly from the maker, selling online for £8 plus postage. Note that the Brutalist London map pictured below is still available to buy too.
