Move over the Fiat 500, this 1958 Fiat 600 II Series has just won us over.
The car was actually registered in Italy in March 1958 and according to the seller, it was in the ownership of the same family for a massive 58 years. After the death of the owner, the son sold it, after which it was restored to the car you see here.
Everything was checked over, the engine ‘starts immediately’ and the car has had a respray in its original green. Inside the original rubber carpets are present and correct, as is the steering wheel and panel, with the mileage showing 80,000km. The seats were apparently ‘rebuilt with a high standard cloths’ to be just like the original. Love those suicide doors too.
Of course, you can see the end result here, with more images (and details) on the listing. £1,900 is the current bid price, with no reserve. But do check all the fine print and check the location / shipping details before you add in a bid.
