It isn’t a Dansette, which is why this restored 1960s Bush SRP30C portable record player might go for a lot less than one carrying that name.
But this is a really good looking record player in its own right. Dating from around 1964, it has a two tone case, a valve amplifier, separate tone and volume controls and a Garrard 4SP deck, playing records at 16, 33, 45 and 78rpm.
Condition is described as ‘excellent’, with a ‘full overhaul’ of the player also undertaken, which involved checking the amplifier and valve, cleaning, general checking of the deck and a new stylus being fitted. A modern flex and plug has also been added into the mix.
