Good news if you loved the 8-bit machine in the 1980s, the Nintendo NES is being reissued by Nintendo. But with a couple of key differences.
The first, as you might be able to tell from the image above, is the size. Nintendo has shrink the console, presumably because it can with modern-day miniaturisation. Secondly, no need to buy cartridges as the NES Classic Edition comes pre-loaded with 30 games. We’ve listed them all below if you are interested. Oh yes, you can also hook it up to your modern-day TV thanks to HDMI connectivity too.
Got that? Good. Now you just need to go any buy one. Sadly, you can’t do that in the UK until 11th November. When it does land, it will sell for £49.99, with a second controller selling for £7.99. Perfect for the retro gamer this Christmas.
