A wonderful example of a truly wonderful car. A 1974 Citroen DS 23 Pallas to be precise.
The photos show a car that looks like it could be fresh from a 1970s showroom. Of course, that isn’t the case, as the listing explains. But this is a very original version of a classic.
According to the seller, the car is ‘totally rust free’ and the bodywork original and ‘complete with dents and stonechips’. It has had ‘complete works to engine, hydraulics electrics and brakes’, all of which was overseen by a Citroen DS specialist of over 40 years. The end result is that ‘absolutely everything works’.
If you are wondering, the car is a dark metallic grey, with ochre interior and tinted windows, which certainly works for us.
If you are interested, the car will have four new tyres when it is sold and if that’s going to be to you, then you will need to have at least £20,000 currently going spare.
