We loved the recent Volkswagen Beetle kit, but if this 1968 Fiat 500 gets the nod from Lego, we might well love it a little more.
This kit is made up of 1.157 pieces and the finished model has a detailed exterior with ‘custom prints’ such as the fiat logo and several prints on the back end. You also get am openable bonnet, boot and door, as well as a sun-roof, removable luggage rack, a suitcase with bottle and glass, a spare wheel, fuel tank, toolbox, an engine compartment with 500cc engine and a details interior.
Got all that? Good. Now here is the serious bit. The set is on the Lego Ideas site and as such, it needs your support to get it into production. So if you want one, go show your support. Realistically it needs 10,000 supporters, so still some way to go.
