We haven’t featured one of these for a while and during that time, it looks like prices have crept up. Although saying that, this is a wonderful example of a Nissan Figaro.
We first featured this car back in 2006 (not long after we started this blog in fact). As you’ll know from that article, the Figaro is the most recognisable car in a retro range produced by Nissan at the turn of the 1990s, offering contemporary mechanics and a vintage look. Nice idea, shame it has never been repeated really.
I’m not sure the Figaro was ever officially released in the UK, but many have been imported and it is a car regularly seen on UK roads. If you want to be seen in one, this Figaro sounds a winner.
The car has been looked after by Figaro specialists, has been constantly upgraded (see the listing for a breakdown of all the work undertaken). That’s right down to the foam replaced in the driver’s seat and the stereo refurbished by a firm who knows just how to do it. The paintwork is described as ‘flawless’ and the dashboard top is ‘perfect’. It is also cheap to tax and insure, not least because this one has had am immobiliser fitted.
As for buying, well this example is up for £4,795 on a ‘Buy it Now’, with the seller willing to consider a cheaper offer.
