Some of the recent limited editions from Size? have caused more than a bit of upset when it came to the day of sale. Hopefully more people will be successful when the Adidas Originals Gazelle GTX London trainers land.
But in light of the numbers involved, I’m not entirely convinced.
This is a strange idea or a brilliant idea, depending on your viewpoint. It’s the Gazelle, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, this time lined with a Gore-Tex membrane to keep the water out, but still able let your feet breath.
But that’s not all. This is also a rework of the City Series too. The London version is the first of four styles using classic City Series colours, a mix of pillar box red suede with black leather stripes, branded with gold foil lettering.
Now, the hard point. Getting a pair. There are 1500 pairs available worldwide. The date for your diary is Friday 25th November 2016.
At 8am, they go on sale at the Size? stores in Carnaby Street and Covent Garden. At 10am they sell at Harrods.
If you are not in London, a wider release will happen on Friday 2nd December, with the shoes hitting other Size? stores and going online from 8am. Good luck.
