We have featured a lot of George Nelson designs in the past, but not the George Nelson Cone Clock by Vitra.
We are more than happy to put that right. The clock amazingly dates back to the 1950s, a radical departure from the ’norm’ back then and still a radical design today.
The ‘Cone’ shape is the standout feature here, but let’s not overlook the minimalist metal frame and the equally low key black and white face. Less is more has never been more apt.
Like all of these licensed reissues, it doesn’t come cheap. But £234 spent on this should prove a strong long-term investment for you and your home.
